Processing and delivery time

Orders are packed after payment is confirmed (or after order confirmation for cash on delivery orders). Delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner. You will receive updates once your order is shipped.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos when you open it and contact us within 48 hours.
